New Greenberg lab publication on a mutation that causes pediatric restrictive cardiomyopathy
In collaboration with our clinical collaborators in Andrew Landstrom’s group Duke, we examined the consequences of a variant in troponin T that causes pediatric onset restrictive cardiomyopathy. Sarah Clippinger and Jackie Garcia determined the biophysical mechanism of this mutant. The paper can be found here.
